We operate from a state-of-the-art 15,000 sq ft headquarters with 50+ full time employees, enabling us to offer a premium experience every time.

I‘ve always been obsessed with food. The textures, the smells, and of course the amazing tastes. To me a plate is a blank canvass with endless possibilities and I love the creativity of what it can become. I am constantly amazed and inspired by the vision of my team as they continue to innovate and break new boundaries. 

I feel fortunate to have played a part in helping people celebrate their happiest of occasions; and am proud that we have grown from a small family run business to the UK’s leading Kosher caterer.
