'I grew up in a busy household where my mother would take great pride in every meal she set down on the family table. Ever since I can remember, I've been fascinated by food. I taught home economics and night school classes teaching culinary skills and nurturing people's own passion for food and cookery.

It was after I prepared the food for a good friend's wedding that my life changed and Celia Clyne Banqueting was born. From that day forward we began providing menus and within the space of only a few years we were catering for many events each month.

20 years on and Celia Clyne caters for a myriad of special occasions. From corporate entertainment to Barmitzvahs, international conferences to weddings. We've been integral to providing some incredible sights, sounds and tastes making the best day of your life our standard.

Our recently opened 15,000 sq ft headquarters in Manchester, have given the company state of the art preparation, cookery and distribution systems and as one of the UK's fastest growing catering companies, we've now got even more space to grow!'
